4. Home Harmony Consultation

Home Harmony Consultation involves guidance based on Vastu principles and related environmental and spiritual practices.

Recommendations are intended to provide perspective and practical guidance concerning the use and arrangement of living spaces.

We do not guarantee that implementing any recommendation will result in a particular financial, health, relationship, career or other outcome.

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to implement any recommendation.

5. Pranic Healing and Spiritual Services

Pranic Healing and related spiritual practices are offered as complementary wellbeing practices.

They should not be used as a substitute for appropriate medical, psychological or other professional care.

If you have a medical or psychological condition, are taking medication, are receiving treatment, or believe that you require professional care, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency or healthcare service rather than relying on this website or any service offered through it.

6. Coaching

Spiritual coaching is intended to provide reflection, education, guidance and personal-development support.

Coaching does not constitute psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, medical treatment, behavioural therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy or any other regulated healthcare service.

Where coaching content relates to parents of children with autism, the focus is on supporting the parent's own wellbeing, emotional regulation, resilience and home environment. It is not an autism treatment or intervention program for children.

7. Booking and Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled through third-party booking technology, including NeetoCal or another booking platform used by us from time to time.

When you book an appointment, you may be required to provide personal information necessary to schedule and administer the appointment.

The booking platform's own terms and privacy policy may also apply.

You are responsible for providing accurate booking information and attending at the agreed time.

8. Payments

Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another payment mechanism expressly presented at checkout.

Payment processing may be subject to the payment processor's own terms, privacy policy and security procedures.

We do not receive or store complete payment-card credentials where those credentials are processed directly by the payment provider.

Prices, taxes where applicable, session duration, inclusions and other commercial terms will be presented before purchase or booking.

9. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms presented for a particular service or transaction form part of the agreement for that service.

Where a specific cancellation or refund policy is displayed at checkout, booking or purchase, that policy will apply.
