REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: 8 August 2026

1. General

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid services and products offered by Ganesh Marees G / Divine Spaces, unless a specific service or purchase page states different terms.

Where a service-specific cancellation or refund term is presented at the time of booking or purchase, that term will apply to that transaction, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.

2. Consultation and Healing Sessions

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Once a session has commenced, the session fee is generally not refundable.

If a session is cancelled by us, we will generally offer either:

• a rescheduled session; or
• a refund of the amount paid for that session,

subject to applicable law and the circumstances involved.

3. Failure to Attend

If you do not attend a scheduled session without reasonable prior notice, the session may be treated as a completed booking and may not be eligible for refund.

We may exercise reasonable discretion in exceptional circumstances.

4. Digital Products and Resources

Where a digital product, course or downloadable resource has been made available for immediate access, refund rights may be affected by the nature of the digital product and applicable law.

Any specific refund terms displayed at purchase will apply, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

5. Books and Physical Products

Refunds, replacements or returns for physical books or other products will be handled according to the terms presented at the time of purchase and applicable consumer law.

6. Payment Processing

Refunds, where approved, will generally be returned through the original payment method or another reasonable method.

Processing times may depend on Razorpay, the relevant bank, card issuer or other payment provider.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or waive consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived under applicable law.
